Eodronta Forest

Eodronta forests are some the largest endorsements on Isla, and they houses an equally large portion of the species we see inhabiting the planet's surface. These sylvan environments are predominantly composed of eodronta trees, with their tangling trunks forming the maze-like understory of the forest, and their photosynthetic plates comprising the canopy. Around the 15th parallel, there are two major clusters of these trees, these being the eastern and western reaches of the supercolony. Some stretches of the eodronta forests border bodies of water, like major lakes or Isla’s vast ocean. When this is the case, the eodronta forests give way to floodplains, transition environments which are vital for many of the species which inhabit the nearby forest.
